Unfortunately, the evening’s NTRP matches were interrupted by showers halfway through the evening resulting in unfinished matches. In the Stanley Park Brewing Feature Match of the Day, No. 1 seeds Eugene Joy and Yun Shao defeated John Mah and Gloria Sung, 6-0, 6-4 to reach the semifinals of the Mixed 4.0 Doubles draw.

The Davis Trading Junior ITF matches are scheduled to begin at 11 AM with second round boys singles action, followed by the second round of girls singles. BC’s top juniors Luka Vukovic, Lachlan Robertson, Aram Noroozian and Henry Ren are all up first at 11 AM. Following the boys matches, BC’s Maryjoe Crisologo will take on the girls No. 1 seed Jenna Defalco (USA).

Today’s schedule for NTRP Group 1 play has been redone due to yesterday’s evening showers. Please double check your match times and match locations. Thank you for your patience as the tournament referees and directors work hard to adjust to the inclement weather.
