Vancouver, BC – Last weekend was full of fun events at the 2019 Leith Wheeler Stanley Park Open. On Saturday, July 13th, the 3rd annual Celebrity-Pro Challenge took place. Pros included Rik de Voest, Henry Choi, Katarina Boiko, Renata Shiratti, Philip Bester and more. Celebrity personalities included Ben Kuzma, Dave Tomlinson, Krissy Van and James Tupper. Each doubles team consisted of one pro and one celebrity. Spectators enjoyed watching the competitive round robin matches between the interesting match-ups. Congratulations and thank you to everyone for participating! The final standings were:

Thank you to Romer’s Burger Bar for joining us on site and serving delicious burgers by donation. All donations went towards the Tennis BC Community Youth Fund, supporting the development of youth tennis at the community level. Thank you to Stanley Park Brewing for serving cold $5 beer on Saturday and throughout the event! TSN 1040 was broadcasting live on location on Saturday as well (link coming soon).
